How should I prepare for my appointment?

When you book your appointment I will ask questions about your medical history and will send you specific information about how to prepare for the visit. There is virtually NO prep required for IV Hydration therapy! Just show up and relax!

Does IV Hydration really work?

*IV hydration therapy has been out for some time now with many positive results. Many clients experience the following benefits after their session:

*The benefit of IV Hydration is that when infusing vitamins through the intravenous (IV) route there is 80-90% absorption within the body as compared with 20-40% absorption when taking vitamins by mouth.

Who should get IV Hydration Therapy?

IV Hydration is safe for anyone who wants an extra vitamin boost, especially those who don't drink enough water. You won't regret giving it a try!

How often should I get IV Hydration Therapy?

This depends on your current health situation. Results of IV Hydration Therapy can last up to 3 weeks.  Sometimes a 1-time session is enough to meet a client's immediate needs. Others have more advanced needs and require monthly infusions. I will work with you to determine your health status and clarify your wellness goals before I make a recommendation. *Due to the concentration of ingredients and lasting results, I do not recommend more than two IV hydration sessions per month.
